Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will be to manage and motivate the 2 & 1/2 member picking/tagging team, hire, train and develop staff, loss prevention, inventory management, and the daily operations of a small (7,200 sq. ft.) warehouse. The right candidate will be organized, efficient and systematic.  They will be proficient with Windows 2000 or XP and will learn our back office inventory management system.

Job Skills:

• Applicants must have a minimum 5 years of management experience in warehouse shipping and receiving supervision.
• Experience in managing a team of 2 to 3 taggers/picker in a fast paced environment.Ø       Amazing leadership and communication skills
• Human Resource skills - hiring, training and developing team
• Inventory management and Loss prevention knowledge
• Very familiar with Windows 2000 or XP
• Cheerful disposition and positive attitude
•  Be able to inspire and develop team to reach their highest potential
•  Able to problem solve and resolve conflict
