About the Nature Conservancy of Canada

The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) is a private non-profit organization working for the direct protection of Canada’s biodiversity for its intrinsic value and for future generations.
Working primarily on private property, NCC safeguards ecologically significant land through purchase, donation or helping landowners place conservation agreements on their properties. After protection, NCC carefully stewards the land to ensure long term habitat and species health. Since 1962, NCC has conserved over 2 million acres of ecologically valuable land and water across Canada.

How to Help

NCC relies on the generous support of conservation-minded individuals and organizations. To make your contribution to protecting Canada’s biodiversity, please visit our website or give us a call. We would be happy to talk with you about our current projects and where your donation is most needed.
